We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 24 hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If cash is paid during the day of check in a $100 deposit via credit card will be required.

Bella Vista Inn is located in the heart of Santa Clara on El Camino Real.  Guests have a selection of well-appointed rooms that are within a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and attractions.  Our proximity to Lawrence Expressway and Highway 280, US-101 and US-880 allows for effortless sightseeing.  Guests of the hotel appreciate our 24-hour multi-lingual staff and signature amenities.

Services

Our pet-friendly hotel offers a 24-hour multi-lingual front desk staff, wake-up service, free parking, daily housekeeping, and vending machines with a variety of snacks and beverages.  For business travelers, or guests needing to print an itinerary,  Fax and photocopying services are available for an additional fee.  On-site laundry facilities are also available to guests for an additional cost.

Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
